Cameron Clark returns to Australia with Brumbies

Cameron Clark will return to Australia after just one season of Major League Rugby with the San Diego Legion. The 28-year-old outside back has signed a one-year deal with the Brumbies, having previously represented the Waratahs in Super Rugby.

A long-time representative of the Australia Sevens side, Clark was a staple in the San Diego side during the 2021 campaign. He played 15 games and scored 4 tries, with starts at both center positions and the right wing. Clark also captained the team in 7 of their 16 matches.

The Legion have now bid farewell to several regulars during the offseason. Back row trio Psalm Wooching, Jasa Veremalua, and Keni Nasoqeqe have moved on, along with prop Cronan Gleeson, scrumhalf Carlo de Nysschen, and winger Save Totovosau.
