Two Canadians make Sydney Women’s Dream Team

For a second straight tournament Canada’s Women’s team has had two players nominated for the official HSBC Dream Team. Sydney’s selects are different to that of Hamilton. After seeing Britt Benn and Kayla Moleschi honored last weekend, Karen Paquin and Kaili Lukan make the latest selection.

Veteran forward Paquin earns her first selection of the season, a reward for the signature all-action style that saw her score two tries and play a part in several others. Lukan’s athleticism has vaulted her into a starting role. This is her first career Dream Team nomination.

Two New Zealanders are chosen in powerhouse Stacey Fluhler and Cup Final star Tyla Nathan-Wong. Fiji’s Luisa Tisolo rounds out the forwards with Australia playmaker Charlotte Caslick and 2018 Series Rookie of the Year Coralie Bertrand of France named in the backs.
