San Diego Legion confirm return to Torero Stadium

The San Diego Legion have confirmed their return to Torero Stadium. Having played home games at four different venues this season, the team will play their upcoming matches against the LA Giltinis on June 20 and Austin Gilgronis on June 26 at the University of San Diego venue. Tickets will be available for purchase on Tuesday, June 8.

A temporary displacement of operations was announced by the team in January. Since then the Legion have hosted at James Regional Sports Park in Las Vegas, Dignity Health Track Field and Memorial Coliseum in Los Angeles, and most recently the Elite Athlete Training Center in Chula Vista.

Torero Stadium was the location of the Championship Final in both 2018 and 2019. Three games were played there during the shortened 2020 campaign, including the final game of the season on March 8. The July 3 date against the Seattle Seawolves has yet to be confirmed at the venue.
