Benjamín Urdapilleta scored 16 points in Castres’ win over Agen on Saturday. The Tarns were 26-22 away winners in the French south-western derby. The Argentine fly half lands four penalties and two conversions.
Urdapilleta had a new teammate from the Americas. Canadian captain Tyler Ardron started in the second-row. In doing so, Ardron continued his impressive career that has involved the Pro 14 and Super Rugby. Both Ardron and Urdapilleta played at RWC 2019.
Castres will play their Week 2 match on Sunday. They are scheduled to play host to Stade Français, a team who had their Week 1 match called-off due to COVID-19. Agen will play away to Pau on Friday.
