Major League Rugby unveils 2020 kits

Major League Rugby has at last unveiled the kit designs of all 12 teams for the 2020 season. The much-anticipated line from new providers Paladin include first-ever outfits for Rugby ATL, with new looks for fellow expansion sides Old Glory DC and the New England Free Jacks.

It’s the Free Jacks who have won much applause on social media for a classic hoop jersey that features a traditional white collar. They are the only team to adopt the ‘old-school’ collar look, and only their home jersey sports the design with a more modern collar found on their white away strip.

Of the returning teams, the most radical changes have come from Colorado and New York. The Raptors have completely re-branded with a new name, logo, and striking kits for both home and away. RUNY meanwhile have raised eyebrows with a pin-stripe design, their white away strip drawing comparison to the city’s two professional baseball teams – the Yankees and the Mets.

The full line of kits can be seen here.
