Ignacio Calles Extends Contract With Pau

Ignacio Calles has extended his contract with Pau. Under his new deal the Argentine loose head prop will remain at the Top 14 club for a further two seasons, until 2021.

Calles arrived at Pau in 2016, joining the Espoirs (academy). During his time he has been utilized both at loose head prop and hooker, making appearances in the Top 14 and the European Challenge Cup.

Now aged 23 Calles is a former Pumita. He played for Argentina at the World Rugby Junior World Championship in 2014, and 2015. He is yet to be capped at test level though happens to play in a position in which Argentina requires additional options.
