Yaras Prepared for Canada

Brazil’s women’s 7’s team, As Yaras are prepared for Canada. They will compete in Langford, British Columbia this coming weekend in the International Women’s Rugby Series.

In addition to competing in the Sevens in Langford As Yaras also have competition in 2018 in Hong Kong and San Francisco. The latter of the two will be for the Rugby Sevens World Cup in July.

The Hong Kong event took place in April. Brazil finished second in their pool thereby qualifying for the Quarter Finals. In the final eight they fell to a 17-12 defeat against Belgium.

Taking to the field on May 12-13 in Langford will be 12 athletes. Head Coach Reubem Samuel selected the following players:
