The final match of the regular season of Super Rugby Americas 2025 sees Los Tarucas hosting Yacare for the first time. The match was to be a potential do-or-die clash only it is now a battle to determine who finishes the regular season in 5th and who finishes in 6th. Selknam’s miraculous late season results saw the Chileans claim the final Semi Finals vacancy. With it, Los Tarucas and Yacare cannot make the final four.

The match sees two teams who have blown hot and cold battling horns together on Saturday. Both teams have over performed and underperformed; the unpredictability makes their match all the more interesting to close out the regular season. Their meeting early-on this season went down to the wire in Paraguay. Winning the battle of the forwards while maintaining composure loom as central components to laying the foundation for victory. Los Tarucas are favorites to win in Tucumán.
