Brazil make changes for Dubai

Reuben Samuel has made four changes to his Brazil Women’s side that will compete in Dubai this coming weekend. The Yaras experienced a difficult start to their 2019-2020 World Series, losing all four matches in Glendale as they dropped out early on Day Two at the hands of England.

After sending only 12 to Glendale, Samuel will take a full compliment of 13 players to Dubai. Joining the team are Franciele Barros, Aline Bednarski, Byanca Santa Rita, and Leila Silva. Dropping out of the squad are Dayana Dakar, Marcelle Souza, and Claudia Teles.

All three Americas entries will compete in Pool A, with the Yaras joined by the USA, Canada, and Russia. The three-day tournament begins on Thursday, December 5.
