Eagles add seven for November tests

The US Eagles have called up seven reinforcements to their squad for the upcoming November international series. All seven will available for the match against the New Zealand Māori in Chicago on November 3 as well as the three-match European tour.

Olive Kilifi has dropped out of the original squad due to injury, with his place going to uncapped Lindenwood prop Chance Wenglewski. Versatile Life front row Alex Maughan joins after playing both hooker and loosehead prop in the Americas Pacific Challenge, and flanker Psalm Wooching earns a recall having performed well in the same competition.

Four additional backs increase selection options. Marcel Brache, Tim Maupin, and Gannon Moore cover both outside center or wing. Brache has recovered from a knee injury suffered while playing with the Western Force while uncapped Moore earns his place after impressing with the North Harbour ‘B’ squad.

Returning after two years in the international wilderness is Luke Hume. The Australian-born stepper has won 20 caps previously with all 15 starts on the wing. He is named as a fullback having played there for Rugby United New York in the spring.
