Americas Rugby Challenge – Paraguay vs Guyana Match Highlights

Paraguay went 2-0 in the Americas Rugby Challenge by easily accounting for Guyana on Wednesday. Having beaten Mexico on Sunday, the Paraguayans are now into the tournament final against hosts Colombia on Saturday.

It is to be the second match of 2018 between Colombia and Paraguay. The prior fixture saw Colombia leading for large sections of the match before Paraguay recovered to win a thriller 28-26 in Asunción.

Guyana have little time to reflect on what went wrong against Paraguay as they are also to play again on Saturday. Having fallen to both Colombia and Paraguay the Guyanese take-on Mexico in the Bronze Final.

Paraguay’s win over Guyana was dominant. So much so that the result had been confirmed in the opening quarter of the match.
