Mexico Win 2018 RAN Men’s U19’s Title

Mexico are the 2018 RAN Men’s U19’s title holders. Mexico won the junior level men’s Rugby Americas North title by defeating the USA South Panthers 45-15 in Mexico City this afternoon.

The 2018 RAN Men’s U19’s were played over three match days. Mexico and the USA South were both defeated in their prior matches making today’s fixture a winner-takes-all final. Mexico’s title sees the RAN U19’s title changing hands with the USA South now the former holders.

Also playing today were Caribbean island neighbors Jamaica and the Cayman Islands. They battled it out in the Bronze Final. Winning was Jamaica by an impressive 20-point-margin of 35-15.

The 2018 RAN Men’s U19’s are part of the Rugby Americas North Super Week. Also being played in Mexico City were the Women’s 10’s which were won by the USA South on Friday.
