Americas Players in Aviva Premiership: Round 11

Round 11 of the Aviva Premiership will be played don either side of Christmas. It will be spread over four match days – Friday, Saturday, Monday and Tuesday.

Friday’s fixture will see Juan Pablo Estelles making his Aviva Premiership debut. Estelles will play on the left wing for the Northampton Saints. The East Midlands side welcome the Sale Sharks. AJ MacGinty will play fly half for the visitors.

On Saturday Saracens take-on the Newcastle Falcons. A star-studded Saracens lineup has been named. Both Chris Wyles and Marcelo Bosch will start, doing on on the left wing and at outside center. Titi Lamositele and Juan Figallo have been named as the replacement props. Juan Pablo Socino will play inside center for Newcastle with Evan Olmstead also starting. The Canadian will play second-row. The USA eligibile Paddy Ryan will feature from the bench.

The Aviva Premiership will have no games on Christmas day. There is to be one on Boxingday, however. On Monday Bristol host the Worcester Warriors. Should Bristol be realistic about avoiding relegation then they must win this match. Former Puma Gastón Córtes will start at Tight Head prop for Bristol. Eagles mid-fielder Thretton Palamo will feature from the bench.

Completing round 11 will be Harlequins vs Gloucester on Tuesday. Involved for the West Country side will be Mariano Galarza. The Rugby World Cup 2011 and 2015 second-rower will start in the engine room.
