Ardron Starts For Barbarians vs Wales

Canadian captain Tyler Ardron has been named to start for the Barbarians in Saturday’s non-capped international against Wales. The match is the third in as many weeks for the Barbarians and for Ardron. The Canadian also started against Fiji in London, and Brazil in São Paulo.

Ardron will play in the second-row, locking the scrum together with fellow Super Rugby player Luke Jones. In the front-row will be Rory Best in his send-off match.

The team also has a connection to the USA. Starting at outside center will be former French international Matheiru Bastareaud. He is on his way to Major League Rugby (MLR) where he will play for Rugby United New York.
