Canadian international Shane O’Leary played a starring role for the home side, creating a try for David Williams with a cross-kick and kicking four successful shots at goal.
The nine-point personal tally gives O’Leary 132 through a dozen league games. He leads the RFU Championship in scoring by a considerable distance with second-place Peter Lydon of Ealing nearly 40 points behind on 94. Former England international Stephen Myler has 93 for Irish in 10 games.
