Leonardo Senatore will start for the World XV. The Argentine no 8 is one of two Pumas in the 23 named by Robbie Deans to face Japan in Osaka on Friday.
Senatore will play at the back of the scrum while Santiago González Iglesias has been named on the bench. González Iglesias will cover fly half with Lionel Cronje starting in the position.
The World XV has some big name players Included are New Zealand fullback Nehe Milner-Skudder and two-time RWC winner Ma’a Nonu. The selection of Milner-Skudder comes following his surprising omission from New Zealand’s 32-man roster to play against Australia in Tokyo and Europe in November.
Another New Zealander, Andy Ellis, all captain the World XV. He will play behind Senatore at scrum-half.
