Leonardí Earns First Start for Leicester Tigers

Tomás Leonardí has earned his first start for the Leicester Tigers. The former Puma has been named at No8 for the Anglo-Welsh Cup match against Bath on Friday.

The Buenos Aires back-rower joined the English club recently. He did so from the Sunwolves, Japan1’s Super Rugby franchise.

Aged 29 Leonardí has played all over the world. Prior experience has seen him contracted to clubs in Japan, France, Scotland and South Africa.
