Chilean to play for Queensland in Australian Sevens

Chilean Nicolás Herreros will defend the colors of Queensland state in the Australian National Sevens Championship in November.

From Sporting Rugby Club in Viña del Mar Herreros is one of 60 players to have been selected from an initial training group of 150. The trial at Ballymore in Brisbane identified the best athletes with them now preparing for a two-day competition in Adelaide.

Last season Herreros played for the Tribe 7’s, also in Australia.
