The USA Eagles brought their home summer series to a close with a convincing win over Russia on Saturday. The 25-0 victory was the seventh fixture between the countries and the Eagles retained their perfect record.
The win was also the first time ever that the USA have completed a shutout win over Russia. It is not the highest ever victory though. That accolade goes to the 2004 USA side who defeated Russia 41-11 in the first ever international between the countries.
