Barbados Blank St. Vincent and the Grenadines

In International Men’s competition in Rugby Americas North, St. Vincent and the Grenadines played host to Barbados on Saturday evening. Played at the Arnos Vale Stadium in St. Vincent, the home side were soundly beaten.

Barbados blanked St. Vincent and the Grenadines to win the match 63-0. An issue with the scoreboard operated mistakenly had the result differently and it had errors throughout the contest. For example, Barbados led 24-0 with four tries and two conversions, yet the score was listed as 25-0.

While it was a heavy defeat for St. Vincent and the Grenadines, it was nonetheless, an improvement from the previous fixture in 2024. On that day, Barbados were 80-0 winners at the Garrison Savannah Stadium in Barbados.
