Week twelve of Super Rugby Americas 2025 concludes in Buenos Aires on Monday. Los Pampas have home advantage against Selknam in a pivotal late season contest. Los Pampas enter level with Los Dogos at the top of the table while Selknam are six points outside of the Semi Finals zone. The Chileans need to come away with points as they fight for a place in the play-off’s.

- Selknam are coming-off a 41-21 defeat against Los Tarucas in Tucumán.
- Juan Manuel Leguizamón has named a 7-1 bench. Mateo Albanese is the only replacement back.
- Joaquín Moro returns from suspension for Los Pampas. He also returns after having signed a career-defining contract with Leicester Tigers.
- Federico Lavanini will also play in Europe next season. He will play for Colomiers in the Pro D2.
- Selknam welcome back Matías Garafulic and Iñaki Gurruchaga from injuries.
- Clemente Saavedra takes over the captaincy with Martín Sigren having been seriously injured. Sigren, Marcelo Torrealba and Tomás Baguley all suffered season-ending injuries against Los Tarucas.
- Tomás Salas returns to his natural position of fly half. He has played a lot at fullback this season.
- Luca Strabucchi returns to fullback from outside center.
- All starting Selknam forwards are capped by Chile. Of the starting line-up only Felipe Méndez and Federico Kennedy are uncapped.

It is the business end of the season for both team. Los Pampas are looking to edge closer to securing a home Semi Final while Selknam must win to remain in the hunt.
