With an undefeated campaign, Paraguay lifted the 2025 Sudamérica Rugby u19 Trophy. Playing at home in Asunción, the next generation of Paraguayans gave a good end of year gift to their country after the unfortunate events of the Rugby World Cup Qualifiers.
Participating in a quadrangular tournament, Paraguay defeated Peru 50-0, Mexico 38-0 and Brazil 18-17. Brazil was also unbeaten before facing Paraguay; Os Curumins triumphed 26-0 and 29-0 against Mexico and Peru respectively.
The quadrangular Sudamérica Rugby tournament featured Mexico as a team invited to participate. Mexico is a member of Rugby Americas North, the North American rugby governing body.
