MLR 2025: Utah Warriors vs Seattle Seawolves – ARN Guide

A rare Monday-night fixture in Utah sees the Warriors playing host to the Seawolves in a match with significant implications in the Western Conference playoff picture. Seattle are in desperate need of a win to keep within touching distance of the 4th and final qualifying spot, while the home side can take a big step towards securing hosting rights for the opening round with a victory over their long-time rivals.

PREDICTION

Warm but very windy conditions are expected in Herriman, which likely plays into the hands of the home side. Seattle are without their most effective tactical kicker in star scrumhalf JP Smith, and his understudy Brock Gallagher is also ruled out requiring the emergency signing of Nick Boyer. The Seawolves have struggled to find their form this season. While a Warriors reserve side were outclassed by DC last weekend, a number of first choice players are back in the lineup. Utah are favorites at home.
