Barbados To Host 2018 RAN 7’s

Barbados is to host the 2018 RAN 7’s. This year’s event will take place on September 22-23 and is to feature both Men’s and Women’s competitions. Holders Hill Polo ground in Holders Hill, St. James will be the setting for the competitions.

The selection of Barbados as the hosts continues with the tradition of staging the competition in different locations. In 2017 the competition took place in Mexico while in 2016 it was hosted by Trinidad & Tobago.

On the line in Barbados this year will be a Men’s and Women’s place in the 2019 Pan American Games, and 2019 Hong Kong Sevens.

Yet to be confirmed are participants though Rugby Americas North expects all RAN members, both Associate Members and Regional Development Unions to participate. The full match schedule including participants is yet to be announced.
