Córdoba to Host South American Women’s 7’s in February

Córdoba is to Host South American Women’s 7’s in February. The province of Argentina’s second largest city will welcome the continents best women’s players for a two day tournament on February 18 and 19.

The city of Carlos Paz in provincial Córdoba will host the event. The rugby will be played at Carlos Paz Rugby Club. Carlos Paz is the main touristic center of Córdoba.

Participating in the two day event will be Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela.

Having won in 2016 Brazil enter as the reigning champions. Last year’s tournament was a practice session for the Rio 2016 authorities.
