Mexican in charge of Caribbean Classic

Mexican referee Jorge Rodríguez was in charge with the Caribbean classic between Trinidad & Tobago and Jamaica this past weekend. The match was a Rugby World Cup 2019 qualifying fixture and also a part of the 2016 Rugby Americas North Championship.
