Taufete’e Credits Team Effort for his Challenge Cup Hat-trick

USA utility front-rower, Joe Taufete’e credited his team’s effort as the Worcester Warriors con for the first time this season. The Aviva Premiership side completed a 30-20 win over Brive.

The Californian made the most of three driving lineups to score a hat-trick. His tries came in the 16th, 36th and 40th minutes. It is extremely positive news for the USA with Taufete’e expected to feature heavily for the Eagles next month.

The fixture was an opening round match in the 2017-2018 European Challenge Cup. In round two the Worcester Warriors will play away in Eastern Ireland. The club will be looking for another top performance from Taufete’e against Connacht. Brive will have home advantage in round two, taking-on Oyonnax.
