An Argentine hooker has joined Japanese side, Kamaishi Seawaves. 24-year-old Juan Rivas arrives in Japan from URBA club, San Fernando. He does so having been the captain of the side. Rivas is 1.74m tall and weighs 105kg.
The Kamaishi Seawaves play in the Top Challenge League. It is the second-highest level of rugby competition in the country and is a companies league. Involved are eight teams from the country. The 2017-2018 season begins on September 09.
