Full Match: California Cup Grand Final

OMBAC played Life West in a hotly contested Grand Final on Saturday as the California Cup came to a close on at Ray Sheeran Field on Treasure Island. The match featured Eagles captain Todd Clever in his final match before the Americas Rugby Championship, with three further USA internationals in Tai Tuisamoa, Tim Stanfill, and Zach Pangelinan lining up for the San Diego club. Life West fielded a team lined with PRO Rugby reps and new Eagles ARC call-up Siaosi Mahoni as a second half replacement. Referee Derek Summers is also due to make his ARC debut when Canada host Chile on February 11. The match in its entirety – sound excluded – can be viewed below.
