Sportsnet to broadcast Premiership in Canada

Canadian broadcaster Sportsnet has announced it will carry Aviva Premiership rugby once again the season. With rugby gaining traction and grabbing plenty of headlines thanks to the Olympic Games, fans in the great white north will be able to catch one of the world’s top domestic competitions on cable television. A significant number of matches will be available on Sportsnet World, a subscription channel, but there will still be games regularly broadcast on the main Sportsnet channels.
