Argentina XV Picked for Chile

Argentina XV Head Coach Pablo Bouza has selected 29 players to travel to Chile to play against Los Cóndores in a non-capped international as part of the Sudamérica Rugby Cup.

On the roster is Los Jaguares center Gabriel Ascárate. His troubled year has seen the Tucumán mid-fielder yet to make his Super Rugby debut. For the Argentina XV he will be joined by the following players with Super Rugby experience – Felipe Arregui, Gonzalo Bertranou, Facundo  Bosch, Felipe Ezcurra, Facundo Gigena, Joaquín Paz, Enrique Pieretto,  and Segundo Tuculet.

A number of players will return to Argentina from Chile to join Daniel Hourcade’s Los Pumas squad to face Italy on June 11. Others will travel to Romania to play in the World Rugby Nations Cup.
